The New York State Security Guard Act regulates Security Guard Companies and individual Security Guards. 

New York State Law requires that all Security Guards and Security Guard Companies must be licensed with the NYS Department of State. 

Intercept Security Inc. is licensed by New York State as a Watch, Guard & Patrol Agency. Our personnel are licensed security guards as required by New York State Law.
